Blog 4: Interview Preperation

1. Who do plan to interview? Why? 
 I plan to interview Kyle, a manager at the 24 Hour Fitness Center, in city of Industry.  I feel like he will give me very useful information about  my topic, he first started as a trainer and climbed his position up to a manager. I think he's the perfect person to interview since he has experience about fitness for many years now.

2. You have to ask 5 questions.What additional questions do you plan to ask?
  1. How can you reduce belly fat and flatten your stomach?
  2. What are the biggest mistakes people make at the gym?
  3. What are the best food to eat before and after working out?    
  4. How frequently should people change their workout routine ? 
  5. How long should people rest between workouts?
