1. What I plan to do for my 30 hour of Independent Component is have my own private workout sessions with my personal trainer and following my own personal workout plan that she helped me formed. She will be giving me tips on the proper techniques and the function of each workout. I will also be learning about the right nutrition that your body should be consuming.
2. To show evidence of my 30 hours of Independent Component, I will not only show it physically but I will also show by having pictures and videos while training with my trainer.
3. By training with my mentor it'll help me get a better understanding on how to maintain a fit lifestyle. All this information will culminate to create an answer my senior topic and essential question.
